ABOUT SMBI
SMBI stands for Southern Moreton Bay Islands, simply called Bay Islands, situated about 40km Southeast of Brisbane CBD.
The main populated islands in the group are Russell Island, Macleay Island, Lamb Island and Karragarra Island. They are under the jurisdiction of Redland City Council and are accessible by passenger and vehicle ferry from Redland Bay Marina.
